Elena Martoglio
Elena found a passion for helping people enhance their well being since her early days as a professional dancer. She completed her full Pilates certification in 1999. Her dedication led her to earn other certifications complimentary to the field; such as in Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and the Body Rolling method. Elena believes in the importance of having a regular training practice to strengthen the body, find balance, and increase overall awareness; in turn avoiding repetitive injuries. Elena has a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy and holds workshops at Fountain Studio in the related field. She is enthusiastic and committed in helping individuals enhance the quality of their lives. Elena founded Fountain Studio in 2009.

Fahmida Bhabha is a Certified Pilates Mat, Reformer and IMT Instructor. She received her certification through Ms. Danielle Belec at Second Wind Pilates Plus®. Not only is the focus on Pilates but also a rehabilitative type of exercise called IMT (Integrated Movement Therapies). IMT focuses on correcting posture, educating clients on their own physical needs and restrictions, and helping them get into their bodies before tackling Pilates or any other type of training.
In May 2007 Fahmida certified as a CHEK Exercise Coach. CHEK stands for Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology . In April of 2008 Fahmida certified as a CHEK Golf Biomechanic, as well a Pilates for Golf instructor.
Recently Fahmida began training as a Fascial Stretch Therapist. This certification is offered through the Stretch to Win Institute located in Tempe, AZ.
As an avid recreational cyclist both on and off road, Fahmida helps people to use Pilates as a cross training tool for whatever sports they do. Having a strong, stable core improves performance in every sport.
